As a food innovation professional, I have a genuine passion for health, sustainability and innovation. What I enjoy most about my work is bringing people and ideas together to create something new.

 

Working closely with customers is one of the parts of my job I enjoy most. The best ideas rarely come from working on your own; they often emerge by listening, sharing perspectives and combining different areas of expertise. A customer challenge can be the starting point for an exciting new idea, which we can then develop together into something tangible.

 

Naturally curious and creative, I like having lots of different things going on at the same time. Exploring new ideas, solving problems and finding practical ways to move projects forward keeps me motivated. At the same time, being precise is important to me  and I like making sure the details are right.

 

People who work with me would probably describe me as friendly, approachable and helpful. Good collaboration comes naturally to me, and I enjoy supporting colleagues wherever I can. A positive attitude, an open mind and a little creativity can go a long way.

 

For me, food innovation is ultimately about creating solutions that are scientifically sound and commercially relevant, while contributing to a healthier and more sustainable food system.
