After more than four decades working in roles as organizational advisor, entrepreneur, and crisis director, my conviction has only grown stronger: successful transitions within organizations always come down to vision and the personal courage of people. An organization can never develop further than the strength of its own leadership.

Much of my work has centred on challenges where leadership and strategic development converge – complex by nature, and worth taking on precisely for that reason. Often in sectors where technological breakthroughs were ready to prove their value. These challenges almost always called for multi-stakeholder approaches in which the individual can make the difference. That holds just as true in the agro-industrial complex in Europe.

BRS Green is operating right at this intersection. We are navigating a real transition: from groundbreaking science to a scalable, commercially relevant enterprise at industrial scale. Guiding that process – within the context of a team or teams – is where I contribute.
