My background spans microbiology, food technology, and economics – which sounds academic, but in practice it means I understand both the science behind ingredients and the business logic of bringing them to market.

After completing my BSc in Food & Agri Business and an Executive MBA in Food and Finance, I spent the past decade running my own consultancy, connecting producers, importers, and governments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

That work taught me something I carry into every new relationship: trust isn’t a given – it’s built, consistently and over time. At BRS Green, that belief fits naturally. We’re developing something genuinely new in the plant-based ingredients space, and doing it in a way that takes long-term partnerships seriously.
